We’re exhibiting at Land Forces 2021!

Brisbane, Queensland, 21 May 2021

We will be showcasing our sovereign design capabilities through the presentation of multiple design concepts for Army’s next generation Independent Landing Craft and amphibious vehicles.

Land Forces 2021 presents an exceptional opportunity for Navantia Australia to showcase our innovative future proof sovereign watercraft designed for the Australian Army for use in littoral, maritime and humanitarian relief assistance operations.

Our award winning Australian engineers have expertise in delivering proven maritime design solutions to the satisfaction of the Australian Defence Force.

Navantia Australia has the in-country capability and flexibility to design watercraft and amphibious vessels to meet emerging requirements for the Australian Army.

Our next generation watercraft and amphibious vessel will be 100% designed, built and sustained in Australia by Australians.

Navantia Australia’s future Army watercraft and amphibious vessels support forward force projection. We are developing relationships with Australian industry partners in support of the building of these vessels.

Our Kodal Class Independent Landing Craft offer fast, deployable, interoperable amphibious task group capability. They are capable of operating independently from the Navy’s LHDs with increased range, cargo capability and speed.

The Platypus Amphibious Vehicle is fast, rugged, tough dependable future proof capability for the Australian Army to replace the existing LARC-V.

Navantia Australia has been developing sovereign capability in Australia in naval design, the transference of knowledge, technology, data and technical expertise for the past decade.
