Leveraging Indigenous talent in the defence workforce

Navantia Australia and Indigenous Professional Service Provider and Management Consultancy, JLB-Yaran, signed a Memorandum of Understanding to foster indigenous participation in the workforce during Pacific 2019 International Maritime Exposition in October 2019.

Under the MoU, Navantia Australia and JLB-Yaran will seek mutually beneficial business opportunities in which to work together to deliver services on defence contracts and support the development of a new generation of Indigenous employment and people with the skills and qualifications to benefit from growth in defence industry.
