Recruitment Process
The recruitment experience may vary depending on the business area and level of your role, but general recruitment processes are outlined below.

Screening interview
A screening interview will be performed over the phone by a member of our talent acquisition team.

Face-to-face or video call interview
A secondary interview with your hiring manager will be performed either face-to-face or via video call.

Relevant checks
Reference checks, background checks, and security clearance checks will be performed.

Offer made and contract signing
An offer will be made and, once you accept, you will be sent your employment contract for signing.

Begin onboarding and employment
Start your new role with Navantia Australia.
